Saint Kitts and Nevis is in the exemption list for eVisa to Taiwan within 30 days. Therefore:

If you stay in Taiwan less than 30 days, visa to Taiwan is NOT REQUIRED

If you stay in Taiwan more than 30 days, visa to Taiwan is REQUIRED

Noted: Passport holder of Saint Kitts and Nevis with "place of birth" recorded on the passport data page as : Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, the People's Republic of China, Syria and Yemen are not eligible for the visa exemption.
